Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a MidTier Specialist (Hybrid / Secret) for our Federal Government client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Participate in root-cause analysis; develop and implement permanent solutions to problems; and establish
mechanisms to monitor, track and report on service levels using metrics and restore services as soon as
possible
deviations, identify issues and seek guidance as appropriate
Required Qualifications & Skills
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills :
12.2 or higher in standard and clustered mode)
