About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting smooth operations across sales, logistics, and fulfillment functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems (ERP/CRM)

· Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies

· Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

· Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies

· Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order updates, changes, or issues

· Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and order documentation

· Assist in resolving order-related inquiries, including billing or shipping concerns

· Support reporting and data tracking for order volume, accuracy, and turnaround time

· Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative roles

· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an asset

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

· Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

KPI's

- Number of SO's enter per day

- Error Rate

- Number of Open Orders

- Reply time

- Timely escalation of issues

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments

· Familiarity with inventory systems and order management workflows

· Bilingual (English/French) is an asset (especially for Quebec-based client)
