Mercedes-Benz Boundary is currently looking to fill aposition of a Service Coordinator.
Reporting to the FixedOperations Manager / Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible forcalling customers to make appointments. This person will ensure they accuratelyobtain all required information and enter into appointments, along withassisting Service Advisors when needed.
Essential Duties :
- Field phone calls for customers making appointments.
- Enter appointments into system, check for open recalls, campaigns, and history of vehicles then add to appointment.
- Enter appointment into PPN – PQIS prior to vehicle arriving at the dealership.
- Check Special Order Parts list and call customers to make appointments.
- Call all no-show customers and remake appointments.
- Forward repair orders for proper dispatch to shop.
- Take care of the Service Loaner Fleet, ensure vehicles are clean and gassed before going out to customers and make sure they get inspected and signed off on before they go out and on their return, ensure daily service loaner log form is completed.
- Call customers from special OP code lists.
- Supervise repair plates.
- Call customers from open recall / campaign lists.
- Greet customers when Service Advisors are busy.
- Fill in for Service Advisors when they are absent.
