Position / Term : Permanent / Fly-in, Fly-out and Camp provided for non-locals

Location : Suncor Fort Hills , Alberta

Work Schedule : 14 days on, 14 days off; 12-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?

Lead, motivate, and develop a large workforce.

Ensure employees are fit for duty and follow safety procedures.

Supervise daily tasks and conduct worksite observations.

Oversee driver evaluations and employee performance reviews.

Investigate safety incidents and maintain safety culture.

Manage dispatch schedules, fleet maintenance, and waste bin inventory.

Coordinate employee training, accommodations, and certifications.

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer requirements are met.

Handle reporting, audits, and other administrative duties.

What does Acden need from me?

Minimum 3 -Years of Leadership and supervisory experience.

Minimum of a year of experience with dispatch and fleet management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

ISO 9001 : 2015 and 14001 : 2015 standards knowledge.

Minimum Class Five (5) Driver’s License is required with the ability to obtain a Class Three (3) License with airbrake endorsement.

Clean Drivers Abstract is required

Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Valid OSSA Oil Sands, CSTS-09 or OSSA BSO or CSO Certificate.

What are the "nice to haves" :

Valid Class Three (3) Driver’s License (with Airbrakes endorsement) is an asset

Three (3) years of professional driving experience is an asset.

Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance.

Experience in waste management or related industries.

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
