Moosehead Breweries is seeking a visionary marketing leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Vice-President - Marketing . This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for defining and executing innovative marketing strategies that will propel Moosehead's growth, in both Canada and around the world, in a highly competitive and dynamic industry.
As the architect of our consumer strategy, you will spearhead initiatives that drive consumer engagement, expand our market presence, and position Moosehead as a leader in the evolving beer and beverage landscape. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in the company's long-term success. Creating fans is what we try to do each and every day.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 10 years in a Senior Leadership role
- Experience in the beer, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in leading and executing successful brand and growth strategies in a competitive market
- You have a deep understanding of the marketing process, which includes strategic planning, brand positioning, market analysis, consumer insights, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution
- You are persuasive and collaborative and have a history of working well with cross functional leaders
- Improvement excites you : you love to see improvements within process, people and most importantly, yourself. You know how to create meaningful and lasting change
- You have the ability to manage several priorities, while focusing on the important, not urgent
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Develop foundational marketing strategies that align with Moosehead Breweries' long-term vision and business goals
Lead business growth initiatives, including new product development, market expansion, and category innovation in beverage alcohol and beyond
Ensure brand consistency and equity, reinforcing Moosehead's reputation as a premium, authentic, and innovative brewer
Stay ahead of industry trends, shifting consumer preferences, and emerging market opportunities to position Moosehead for success
Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with overall business objectives
