Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative support, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

  • Basic accounting duties using our accounting software
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining records, filing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll processing and budgeting tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance team management practices.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operations.

Qualifications

  • Basic accounting experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong skills in training development and team management.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and budgeting practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
