Our client, a well-established leader in event planning and association management with over 38 years of experience, is seeking a polished administrative assistant to join their team. They specialize in planning and managing conferences, meetings, corporate events, trade shows, and more. As an administrative assistant in this Office Staff role, you’ll be an integral part of their day-to-day operations, providing essential support to ensure smooth office functions and client satisfaction.
This Office Staff role is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between remote and in-office work, and it starts on March 31st. You’ll be working in their Oshawa office as an Office Staff, where your contributions will directly impact the company’s continued success.

Advantages
