Waypoint Insurance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and lead the recruitment efforts for our growing organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs, define job requirements, and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and industry connections.
