We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team at the forefront of the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching, coordinating, and supporting technical teams in the delivery of technical support services for our valued customers.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, troubleshoot issues, and determine effective solutions related to controls and mechanical systems.
Work closely with technical staff to ensure smooth execution of work orders and follow-up on any outstanding tasks.
Prioritize and schedule service requests, ensuring timely dispatch of qualified technicians.
Manage work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and overseeing the billing process.
Track and expedite material orders, coordinating with vendors and technical teams as necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to service requests via phone and email.
Provide customers with a comprehensive list of recommended follow-up actions to optimize system performance and maintenance.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a service technician / coordination role with a focus on managing service requests and dispatching technicians in fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of controls systems, mechanical, and industrial engineering principles—an asset for troubleshooting and solution-oriented problem-solving.
Experience in material ordering, tracking, billing, and reporting, ensuring efficient project and service delivery.
Basic knowledge of Building Control Systems, with a desire to expand technical expertise in this field.
Strong multitasking abilities with a flexible approach, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems such as JDE (experience with other similar platforms is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional interactions with customers and team members.
Exceptional organizational skills, highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive, patient, and calm demeanor, with a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
