Job Summary
C3 Alliance is seeking a proactive individual with knowledge of British Columbia’s natural resource sector and a passion for innovative communications to join our team as Communications Manager in our Downtown Vancouver office.
As the Communications Manager at C3 Alliance you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content for conferences, newsletters, press releases, and social media, orchestrating internal communications, and supporting the planning and execution of top-tier events and conferences. Working closely with our President & CEO and our Events Director, you will develop and implement communication plans and strategies to maintain existing relationships as well as cultivate new connections with media, stakeholders, and key partners to enhance the C3 Alliance brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all communications plans and strategies for events, conferences, and internal campaigns.
- Develop and implement branding and communications strategies to increase C3 Alliance’s profile within existing and new markets.
- Create and distribute engaging content for newsletters, press releases, websites, and social media.
- Coordinate internal communications, ensuring that company updates, achievements, and initiatives are effectively communicated to staff.
- Support the event planning team by contributing to event concepts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication before, during, and after events.
- Foster relationships with media, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall company objectives.
