Description de poste

A fast-growing company, distributing woodworking materials, is looking for its next two account managers to contribute to its rapid growth.

The opportunity to contribute to the ambitions of this very fine company, offering the collaboration and flexibility of a small business, with the opportunities of a large corporation.

Location : Boucherville

Start date : Immediately!

Schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Work mode : 100% face-to-face (telecommuting possible).

Salary : $48,000 to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)

Respond to customer requests (kitchen designers, cabinetmakers, designers, architects, etc.) by e-mail and telephone

Processing orders

Management of return requests and complaints,

Search for solutions and after-sales support

Qualifications

Customer service experience (2 years)

Curious and positive personality

Comfortable with technology

Good learning skills, you'll be constantly learning about new products
