Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Music Venue Manager to lead our team and elevate our venue’s reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the bar industry, expertise in selecting and booking acts, and a proven track record of increasing revenue through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Venue Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Booking Acts : Identify, negotiate, and book a diverse range of musical acts that align with our brand and target audience. Cultivate relationships with artists, agents, and promoters.
• Revenue Generation : Develop and implement strategies to increase ticket sales and bar sales. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, manage social media presence, and enhance the venue’s visibility within the local music scene.
• Staff Management : Train, and supervise venue staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive working environment.
• Event Planning : Organize special events, including themed nights, festivals, and private events, to diversify revenue streams and attract a wider audience.
• Budget Management : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality experiences for guests and performers.
• Community Engagement : Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community to promote events and enhance the venue’s presence.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in venue management, bar management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the music industry, including trends, artist management, and audience engagement.
• Proven experience in booking acts and negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in using venue management software and basic financial management tools.
