About the Role - As a technician, you will be in charge of traveling on the road to install, repair and maintain our various types of alarm access control and CCTV equipment and services, in response to the needs of present and future customers. You will play a key role within the organization and will enjoy ongoing training.
Tasks
- Install and repair alarm access control and CCTV equipment, products and services;
- Organize work by using a blackberry / Playbook;
- Analyze and resolve problems;
- Inform customers of work that will be done;
- Listen to customers' needs and promote applicable products and services;
- Be responsible for API equipment and vehicle;
- Take daily inventory of the equipment needed for the job;
- Work collaboratively with management and colleagues;
- Produce documents and various administrative reports;
- Deliver professional service and maintain a good rapport with customers.
- Restock vehicle on a weekly basis
