Looking for a sitter who is able to watch three children, ages 5, 4, and 1. We would love to have steady once a week or every other week care as well as occasional. Duties and Responsibilities include : Organize creative activities and educational gamesPreparing kids meals and feeding themHelping in the bathroom, including diaper changes for the youngest childMust be willing to do light housekeeping (most prominently tidying toys and sweeping up messes)Requirements : Must be able to lift 30-40lb childMust be calm and patient, utilizing positive reinforcement and cooperation / collaboration techniquesMust be familiar with child development over the span of multiple agesSome background in child psychology, education, or other relevant fieldOwn vehicle and valid drivers licenceReferences and criminal record checkCovid-19 vaccinations Knowledge of the Montessori method a plusLocated in the R.M. of La Broquerie, 15 minutes SE of Steinbach.
