C3 / 4 Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will report to the VP, Digital Solutions, and be assigned to the Cernavoda 3 / 4 Nuclear New Build project under the Director, Configuration Management. The PM will oversee all digital solutions scope for the project.

This role aims to enhance project efficiency and transparency through state-of-the-art digital tools, supporting streamlined digital design and processes by promoting change.

The successful candidate will liaise with digital team members, develop work execution plans, and ensure project deliverables meet scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Significant experience in project delivery, engineering, procurement, construction, contract management, and project controls is essential.

Your role within the team :

• Maintain digital scope and deliverables in line with contract and quality standards.
• Lead digital scope execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.
• Represent Candu Digital solutions, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Manage systems architecture and digital tools for engineering and non-engineering functions.
• Oversee digital engineering tools setup, access, and permissions.
• Ensure nuclear and industrial safety compliance, including training and corrective actions.
• Adhere to corporate standards on ethics, cyber-security, export-import, IP protections, and security clearances.
• Manage procurement and subcontracting, overseeing suppliers, invoicing, and supply chain strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Authorize purchase orders and change orders within approved limits.
• Represent the company to clients and suppliers, with signing authority for project documents.
• Report regularly to senior management and clients.
• Provide feedback and performance reviews, manage human resources issues, and set performance expectations.
