Position Overview
Location: Nisku / Leduc, AB
Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Temp-to-Perm Path)
Hourly Rate: $40.00/hr + generous overtime available
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts only (Keep every single evening and weekend completely yours!)

Responsibilities
Precision Mechanical Overhauls: Strip down, inspect, rebuild, and commission heavy rotating assemblies, high-capacity pumps, and industrial gear trains.
Advanced Fluid Power Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, rebuild, and tune complex hydraulic circuits and pneumatics to factory pressure ratings.
Laser-Guided Alignments: Carry out high-precision shaft and coupler alignments using advanced laser instrumentation to exceed OEM limits.
Schematic Mastery: Decode complex engineering prints, assembly diagrams, and technical shop manuals with zero guesswork.
Bench & Run Testing: Conduct thorough dyno, spin, and leak tests on freshly overhauled units before client shipment.
Skilled Trades Collaboration: Team up with heavy-duty mechanics, welders, and machinists on intricate multi-trade mechanical builds.
Qualifications
Trade Certification: Active Alberta Journeyperson Millwright ticket or recognized Interprovincial Red Seal endorsement.
Shop-Floor Expertise: Proven track record tearing down and rebuilding complex gearboxes and heavy rotating units in a repair shop.
Fluid Power Mastery: Deep hands-on background diagnosing, resealing, and overhauling hydraulic pumps, valves, and lines.
Sharp Analytical Mind: Instinctive diagnostic capability to pinpoint root causes swiftly and apply permanent mechanical solutions.
