Medical Office Assistant
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Managing and updating patients' electronic medical records
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Sending out medical communications, including referrals to other physicians, requisitions for investigations
- Preparing clients for tests and examinations
- Handle incoming / outgoing mails and emails
- Receive payments
- Bring patients into exam rooms, change over and tidy up rooms
Requirements :
Job Type : Part-time
Salary : $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule : 5 to 8 hour shift
Language : English (required), Korean (preferred)
Expected start date : 2025-01-15
