Description de posteYou have an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting. Professional designation or certification preferred. You have an extensive understanding of accounting principles, full-cycle accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial statements. You have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with 3+ years at a supervisory level. You’re honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
What you’ll do :
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for the accounting functions of the organization. This includes :
- Coordinate and prepare internal financial reports.
- Guide monthly and quarterly reporting, including consolidation, allocations, and analysis.
- Ensure timely availability of reliable financial information for decision-makers.
- Manage external financial reporting, liaise with auditors, and prepare analyses.
- Supervise administration and accounting staff.
- Develop and implement financial procedures and guidelines.
- Manage the general ledger and month-end close process.
- Oversee internal control processes for financial systems.
- Plan and coordinate financial activities and processes.
