The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management. This role is essential in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, providing high-quality patient care while adhering to all regulatory requirements. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for fiscal management, staff supervision, and the implementation of best practices in clinic operations.

Your Role : Leadership With Impact
As the Clinic Manager , you’ll oversee the daily operations of the busy clinic and ensure that every patient experience is smooth, professional, and positive. You’ll collaborate with physicians and staff to drive efficiency, elevate care standards, and foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and support clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain efficient office management practices to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to BC and Canadian privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Utilize EMR systems such as Profile for effective medical record management.
- Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, managed care processes, and utilization management practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high standards of clinical care are met.
- Serve as the main liaison between physicians, staff, and patients, promoting open communication and problem resolution.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and service enhancements.
