Job Purpose :
Primary role in providing both strategic and tactical support for day-to-day Canada Benefits management, administration and projects. Proactively delivery Canada Benefits across the group as a subject matter expert providing knowledge and advice. This includes providing insight on Canada Benefits trends and best practices to develop specific programs that provide value to attract and retain talent. Lead the design, implementation, communication, and administration of competitive Canada Benefits programs that align with the business strategy, goals and objectives of Fujitsu. The role reports to the Head of Reward and requires an individual who is analytical, keenly focused on reviewing and maintaining efficient processes, and an experienced project manager with demonstrated TPA, vendor and people management skills who can work across functions to execute key change initiatives.
Key Accountabilities :
- Evaluate and recommend changes to increase the effectiveness and competitive positioning of Canada Benefits practices
- Recommends Canada Benefits programs to management by researching employee values and trends, and developments in Canada Benefits offered in the market, working with broker and management as required
- Provide expert knowledge to assist in the selection, monitoring, and management of third parties and vendors to provide best-of-breed HR solutions and services
- Manage the day-to-day tactical Canada Benefits admin processes, including rate renewal and enrollment, utilizing HR Shared Services to support day-to-day admin activities
- Resolve employee issues and escalations. Timely management of HRBP and stakeholder inquires
- Maintaining systems of record, and ensuring the accurate flow of information between systems, TPAs and vendors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, obtaining qualified opinions, adherence to requirements and advising management on necessary actions
- Assist the Reward management team with developing KPIs and SLAs to monitor and evaluate third party vendors performance related to the delivery of Canada Benefits activities
- Develop communications strategy for key Canada Benefits projects, planning and driving actions and tracking and delivering progress
- Ensuring the successful implementation of Canada Benefits programs working with vendors, brokers, management and HRBPs
- Champion and coordinate Wellness initiatives
- Develop options / recommendations and able to persuade and influence effectively at an individual, team and executive level
- Create and maintain productive relationships internally and externally
- Organize and oversee market analysis including participation in Canada Benefits surveys and summary presentation
- Help develop and reinforce Benefits philosophy across organization
- Coordinate and contribute to improving Canada Benefits processes
- Deliver analysis providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed HR / business decisions
- Prepare analysis and presentations for leadership
- Represent and participate on select corporate global initiatives
- Provide HR Business Partners and line management with tools to support Canada Benefits decisions

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to : specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $67,130.00 to $96,667.20 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.

L’analyste des avantages sociaux sera également appelé à fournir des renseignements sur les tendances en matière d’avantages sociaux tout en mettant à contribution ses connaissances pour formuler des programmes d’avantages sociaux qui auront d’importantes implications pour l’entreprise. Il devra également veiller à la conception, à la mise en œuvre, à la communication et à l’administration de programmes concurrentiels d’avantages sociaux qui sont au diapason de la stratégie et des objectifs d’affaires de Fujitsu. Ce poste, qui relève du responsable de la rémunération, requiert une personne qui est analytique, qui est à même de maintenir des processus efficients et qui est un chef de projet expérimenté ayant démontré de solides aptitudes en qualité d’administrateur de tierces parties, de gestionnaire de personnel et de gestionnaire de fournisseurs pouvant travailler avec plusieurs fonctions en vue d’y exécuter des initiatives de changement clés.
