THE ROLE :

Ready for a great Financial Consulting Role? Our Edmonton Area Client is hiring a Contract Controller!

We're on the hunt for an experienced Contract Controller who’s ready for a challenge. Responsibilities in this role would include, completing month ends, process improvement, analysis, improving reporting packages and supporting in closing out year end.

ABOUT YOU :

You are a motivated professional with a solid background in finance and accounting, backed by over seven years of experience up to the level of Controller. Proficient in delivering financial guidance, you have a knack for optimizing financial procedures, improving internal control systems, and preparing detailed financial reports. With a professional designation under your belt, you have demonstrated strong leadership skills and extraordinary communication abilities throughout your career. You are geared up for the likes of a Financial Consulting role; being a Contract Controller not only suits you but also presents a challenge you're willing to undertake. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

• 7+ years of accounting / finance background up to the Controller level.
• Strong experience in delivering financial guidance
• Skilled in improving internal control systems, preparing financial reports and optimizing financial procedures
• Excellent communicator and have strong leadership skills
• Professional designation
• Being organized and detail orientated coupled with strong time management
• Solid problem-solving ability and experience to thrive in a dynamic work environment
