We market our products, events, and educational training through a multitude of channels, including social media, printed and digital advertising, trade shows, and product demonstrations.We are seeking an ambitious and social media-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns for new products, organizing trade shows, and collaborating on projects within our team. The ideal candidate will have strong event / project management and writing skills. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Art Director, and internal and external stakeholders, they will contribute to the design, implementation, and oversight of marketing activities across multiple platforms. This role offers opportunities for creativity, innovative initiatives, travel, and industry exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of key marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms.Create compelling content for press releases, brochures, educational materials, and digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.Plan, organize, and coordinate marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and maximum brand impact.Contribute to content strategies that adhere to brand and company guidelines, optimizing messaging for target audiences.Edit and publish multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth coordination of marketing activities and overall operational efficiency.Keep administration of marketing activities up to date, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.Support marketing team members in planning, organizing, and executing various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.Conduct market research using internal and external data sources, analyzing trends and insights to refine marketing campaigns for better results.Prepare and deliver impactful marketing presentations, effectively communicating strategies, campaign performance, and insights to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external media partners through timely and professional communication.Be available for travel and flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events and projects.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to team success.SkillsWorking knowledge of content management system platforms (CMS).Computer literacy and familiarity with software tools, e.g., MS Office, Google Suite.Experience with still photography, video, social media management.Exceptional writing ability in English.Experience with event organization and budget management is required.Thorough understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.Intermediate level graphics and photo editing skills – Adobe.Confident organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred AccomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related discipline.A minimum of 1 to 3 years work experience in similar role.A minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing is preferred.Working experience with social media content creation & short form content.A background in Pro Audio, Music or Entertainment is preferred.AccessibilityAdamson Systems is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive organization; providing barrier-free and accessible employment practices, in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
