We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. The Marketing Administrator is responsible for the Marketing department’s day-to-day operations and supports the development of promotional materials.

About The Role

The Marketing Administrator will provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing team tools and databases, managing vendors, compiling reports, and implementing organizational / workflow processes. The Marketing Administrator will also edit and maintain marketing content, such as templates, presentations, brochures, and other collateral.

What You'll Do Here

• Compile reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Organize and update the shared drive and intranet as needed
• Update the Altasciences website
• Upload videos and materials to the employee intranet
• Manage team-wide tools, such as Canva, Monday.com, and Getty
• Maintenance and management of training / processes
• Vendor management
• Track department expenses
• Support a wide range of marketing collateral and initiatives
• Proofread marketing literature and content
• Program client emails in Pardot per the editorial calendar
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations
• Update marketing literature
• Assist with video pre-production
• Maintenance and management of staff biographies and headshots
• Create and update templates
• Assist with acquisition and rebranding projects
• Any other related tasks and special projects as assigned by management
