Senior Manager – Conversational and Omnichannel Strategy (Digital Marketing)
As Senior Manager in the Client Contacts & Performance team at National Bank, you will lead the development of our client communication practices, drive innovative strategies, and shape how we engage customers across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and mobilise a team of around 20 people, including 3 managers.
- Facilitate change management from the team to service delivery in omnichannel and personalised modes (including talent development, workforce planning, and changes in work methods).
- Ensure optimal use of team resources in a growing demand environment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Digital peers to calibrate our processes for end‑to‑end marketing initiatives and improve speed, capacity, and quality of deliverables.
- Develop and reinforce practices for improving and innovating processes and ongoing work methods in the team, aligned with a clear and modern business vision.
- Represent the Senior Vice‑President on sector and corporate crisis centres as a client communications specialist, providing recommendations in collaboration with public‑relations teams.
Team
The Digital Vice‑President’s unit comprises over 150 specialists who operate agile, proactive, and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes. You are part of a large team of 50 colleagues in the Client Contact & Performance team and report directly to the Senior Manager. The team is known for its impactful contribution to client engagement by operationalising and modernising client contacts.
