The Marketing Associate will have the chance to create and spread positive branding messages and collateral for our clients' products and services. As an essential part of our team, Marketing Associates bring their unique ideas and solutions that help us reach even greater heights!

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who exudes a dynamic personality and is passionate about the world of sales and marketing. With previous relevant experience and an eagerness to learn new sales techniques, the candidate should be committed to achieving success in this role. A Marketing Associate who possesses goal-driven motivation and exceptional negotiation skills is sure to thrive in this position!

Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate :

  • Develop marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders for cross-functional enablement.
  • Develop positive relationships with existing and potential customers through personable product presentations.
  • Identify target customers and markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and promote brand awareness.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to monitor sales data, analyze marketing initiatives performance, and sales records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the position of a Marketing Associate :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Must be willing to work in person and travel to our office for work every day.
