Calling all Industrial Millwrights / Maintenance Mechanic's in the Peel & Surrounding area!!
Our client is looking for an Industrial Millwright (433A) for their manufacturing facility in the heart of Mississauga!
They are a long standing, large food manufacturing facility that prides themselves on continuous improvement & operational excellence!
As an Industrial Millwright here, you'll play a critical part in the mechanical maintenance and planning of the facility.

Location : Mississauga, ON
Pay : $45 and up (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
- Performs complex work assignments in the discipline with normal supervision.
- Performs routine work assignments in the following disciplines : electrical, welding.
- Proactively performs troubleshooting techniques in a logical manner on all equipment.
- Prepares work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (EAM / CMMS).
- Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) of all site equipment. Specifically, bakery & packaging process equipment.
- Actively supports the PM function where applicable.
- Maintains all maintenance workshop equipment and tools.
- Sources and prepares parts from stores for use in all repairs, W / O and PM’s.
- Prepare basic dimensioned sketches.
- Reads and understands technical bulletins, manuals, instructions and blueprints.
- Monitors team performance-seeking opportunities to make performance improvements.
- Participates in all team meetings.
- Communicate and train production staff on mechanical hazards and techniques in maintenance when required.
- Performs change over of equipment following production schedule.
- Maintain site programs, Lockout, Confined space, Hot-work permit ETC
- Leader in training of operations personnel in maintenance related programs
