You Will :
- Be responsible for the completion of maintenanceservice requests as assigned in all base area buildings and outdoor areas.
- Create and complete work orders for everyjob / task.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
- Complete daily checks, preventative maintenancework orders and maintenance records.
- Carry phone / radio as required for demandmaintenance items.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems asassigned including pool and hot tubs.
- Complete groundswork as directed.
- Be responsible for alerting the maintenance manager ofany unusual occurrence, damage, or risk.
