At Wesgar, we are not looking for just another salesperson—we need a driven, fearless hunter who thrives on cold / warm outreach, persistent follow-ups, and landing new business. If you’re someone who loves the thrill of winning new accounts and is confident making outbound calls every day, as well as managing incoming inquiries, this role is for you.
About Wesgar :
As Western Canada’s leading precision sheet metal fabricator, Wesgar partners with top-tier Companies across multiple industries. With 60 years of experience, we provide high-quality fabricated metal parts to customers in North America.
We are in a growth phase, targeting larger, Strategic Business Partners and expanding our N.A customer base. To achieve this, we need a Sales Hunter who is eager to pursue new business opportunities aggressively and play a critical role in our expansion.
What This Role Is All About :
- Hunting for new business—your success is measured by your ability to generate and close new opportunities.
- Confident and relentless outbound outreach—you’re comfortable making high-volume calls, engaging prospects, and setting meetings.
- Growing our N.A presence—identifying and pursuing key accounts
- Office-based with a field component—60-80% of your time will be spent in our Port Coquitlam office making outbound calls, Managing accounts, developing strategies, and managing pipeline growth.

Salary $70,000-$80,000 per year + uncap commissions
