We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our dealership team as a Branch Manager (Temporary) at our Membertou, NS location. This is a full-time, temporary role covering a leave of absence, with the potential for a permanent position based on qualifications and the probationary period.

The Branch Manager plays a key role in supporting the Regional Manager by leading and managing the branch’s human, physical, and financial resources. Your focus will be on fostering strong customer relationships, improving store culture, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers
• Ensure clear communication across all departments
• Work to continuously improve the store culture
• Ensure operational consistency across all departments
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities and events
• Oversee the maintenance, security, and professional appearance of the facility and property
• Assist in machinery sales to key customers as needed
• Manage customer interactions through the company CRM
• Qualifications :
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in dealership operations, business systems, and / or sales is preferred
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lead and coach others
• Strong understanding of financial principles in relation to Sales Department operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license.
