We are seeking enthusiastic CNC Machinists to join our team at various levels of expertise. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in operating machines, performing inspections, and ensuring the highest quality of our products. Join us and become a key contributor to our success!
Key Responsibilities :
Operate CNC machines, including startup procedures, basic controls, machine lubrication, and machine operations.
Understand material requirements and perform product handling procedures.
Verify product conformance using various inspection techniques and instruments (e.g., microscopes, micrometers, automated measuring instruments, tool maker’s scope, pin gages, drop gages, and concentricity gages).
Understand and apply the fundamentals of the quality management system.
Read and interpret drawings, identifying defect types and implementing sorting and lot control procedures.
Perform work in accordance with traveler and work instructions.
Conduct technical end-of-shift duties, end-of-job tear down, and housekeeping procedures.
Possess CNC turning experience (open to various machines).
Levels of Expertise :
Level I : Entry-Level Position
Learn to follow procedures for machine operation and product inspection.
Perform basic-level tasks under supervision.
Level II : Intermediate Position
Previous levels IV, V, VI experience.
Capable of performing tool changes and adjustments.
Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills and techniques.
Level III : Advanced Position
Previous levels VII, VIII experience.
Independently set up machines and handle advanced troubleshooting.
Level IV : Master Position
Previous levels IX, X experience.
Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills on multiple machine types.
Establish manufacturing methods and lead the work area with best-in-class performance and direction-setting.
Qualifications :
Experience in CNC turning.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in using various inspection instruments.
Strong understanding of quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
