propos du poste
Vritable pilier de la vie de bureau, lela gestionnaire de bureau assure la fluidit des oprations quotidiennes et contribue crer un environnement accueillant, organis et inspirant.
Rattache lquipe Talent et Culture, sous la supervision de la direction RH, tu veilles ce que tout roule de la logistique lambiance, en passant par le soutien aux quipes.
Tes responsabilits principales
Organisation & approvisionnement
- Maintenir les espaces propres, agrables et accueillants (caftria, salles communes, bureaux)
- Grer les commandes : fournitures, collations, repas, produits mnagers, etc.
- Mettre en place des systmes efficaces : inventaires, budgets, registres de dpenses

Profil recherch
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et crite (franais et anglais)
Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et ouverture lintelligence artificielle

Grande rigueur, polyvalence et autonomie
Sens du service et de la discrtion
Exprience pertinente en gestion de bureau, coordination ou administration (grand atout)

Exigences linguistiques
Une formation en franais pourrait tre offerte tout titulaire dun poste permanent au Qubec qui ne possde pas une bonne connaissance du franais.
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) On-site presence required Monday to Friday (8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.)

About the Role
A true cornerstone of office life, the Office Manager ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helps create a welcoming, organized, and inspiring work environment.
Reporting to the Talent & Culture team and under the supervision of the HR Director, you make sure everything runs seamlessly from logistics to atmosphere, and team support in between.
Main Responsibilities
Organization & Procurement
Manage orders : supplies, snacks, meals, cleaning products, etc.
Implement efficient systems : inventories, budgets, expense tracking
Events & Office Life
Collaborate with the social committee and participate in the organization of well-being activities
HR Support & Employee Onboarding
Organize the onboarding experience : lockers, welcome gifts, welcome lunches
Maintain the daily attendance list and support the HR team in organizing workspaces and seating arrangements
Facilities & Operations
Coordinate external services (cleaning, maintenance, security)
Participate in the health and safety committee and evacuation procedures
Reception & Logistics
Manage access cards, arrivals, and coordination with IT and building management
Provide logistical support to other regional offices
Leases, Insurance & Administration
Monitor and renew commercial insurance policies
Handle invoices, mail, shipments, and daily administrative logistics
Profile
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
Proficiency with office tools and openness to using artificial intelligence
Positive attitude, enjoys variety, and takes initiative
Strong sense of organization, versatility, and autonomy
Service-oriented mindset with a high level of discretion
Relevant experience in office management, coordination, or administration (a strong asset)
