Now Hiring: Medical Esthetician (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are a growing medical aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and transformative results through advanced skin and laser treatments. We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Esthetician to join our professional and dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Medical Esthetician, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, laser services, and personalized skincare consultations using the latest industry technologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including:
  • Microneedling with Radiofrequency (e.g. Morpheus8, Secret RF).
  • Nd:YAG Laser Treatments. (for hair removal, vascular lesions, pigmentation)
  • CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing.
  • Medical-grade facials.
  • Chemical Peels.
  • Acne & Scar Revision Treatments.
  • LED Light Therapy.
  • Body Contouring & Skin Tightening Technologies. (optional: CoolSculpting, EmSculpt, etc.)
  • Provide thorough client consultations and skin assessments.
  • Recommend and educate on appropriate skincare regimens and post-procedure care.
  • Document treatments accurately in client records.
  • Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients through professionalism and expert care.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Esthetician or Medical Esthetician (state requirements apply).
  • Certification and experience with lasers, RF microneedling, and medical-grade skincare.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a clinical or med spa setting preferred.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of skin types and conditions.
  • Excellent communication, client education, and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a growth mindset and a passion for continued education.

Schedule & Availability:
  • Openings for full-time and part-time roles.
  • Flexible scheduling available, including evenings and Saturdays.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Esthéticien(ne) Médical(e) passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe professionnelle et dynamique.

Présentation du poste:
En tant qu’Esthéticien(ne) Médical(e), vous serez chargé(e) de réaliser une variété de traitements esthétiques avancés, des services au laser, ainsi que des consultations personnalisées en soins de la peau, en utilisant les dernières innovations du secteur.

Responsabilités principales:
  • Réaliser des traitements médico-esthétiques avancés, notamment:
  • Microneedling avec radiofréquence (ex : Morpheus8, Secret RF).
  • Traitements au laser Nd:YAG (épilation, lésions vasculaires, pigmentation).
  • Resurfaçage cutané au laser CO2.
  • soins du visage médicaux.
  • Peelings chimiques.
  • Traitements de l’acné et des cicatrices.
  • Thérapie par lumière LED.
  • Technologies de remodelage corporel et raffermissement cutané (ex : CoolSculpting, EmSculpt, etc.)
  • Réaliser des consultations approfondies et établir des plans de traitement personnalisés.
  • Recommander des soins à domicile adaptés et éduquer les clients sur les protocoles post-traitement.
  • Tenir les dossiers clients à jour de manière professionnelle.
  • Maintenir les salles de traitement propres, organisées et conformes aux normes d’hygiène.
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec la clientèle par un service attentionné et expert.

Profil recherché:
  • Diplôme d’esthéticien(ne) ou esthéticien(ne) médical(e) (certification/licence en règle selon la législation locale).
  • Formation et expérience en technologies laser, microneedling RF et soins médicaux de la peau.
  • Expérience d’au moins 1 an dans un environnement clinique ou en centre médico-esthétique (souhaité).
  • À l’aise avec tous types de peau et diverses problématiques cutanées.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, service à la clientèle et pédagogie.
  • Esprit d’équipe, professionnalisme et envie d’apprendre en continu.

Disponibilités:
  • Postes à temps plein et temps partiel disponibles.
  • Horaires flexibles, incluant soirs et samedis.
