Description de posteCompleted bachelor's degree preferably in the field of (digital) marketing or communication Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media job Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copy A real professional : motivated, independent and initiative-oriented. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, but you are hands-on with us and have a commercial eye. Communicating, (critically) analyzing and organizing are your strong points, as well as an eye for detail & meeting deadlines. A dose of curiosity and a healthy urge to learn Experience with online marketing in a variety of environments is an advantage Experience working remotely from home office Bilingual(EN & FR), Spanish and other languages (asset)

Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interaction
- Optimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audience
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO. Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics.
- Work with other team members to determine the outcomes of the Marketing Function that support the overall business strategy and goals.

EDUCATION
College, Finished
Minimum 5 years Experience
Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.
REMUNERATION : Based on experience
SCHEDULE : Flexibles hours
Part-Time (minimum 15hours per week) or Full-Time (40hours)
Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available
