Salary range for the position is $155,327 to $232,992. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
How will you create an impact :
The Executive Director, Access, Patient Transport and Emergency Response is a member of the Clinical Operations Leadership Teams and acts in an advisory capacity reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Operations (South) in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services to align and improve the access and efficient flow of patients across Interior Health as we throughout the continuum of care. The Executive Director provides senior leadership and direction to the development, implementation, and assessment of the Access and Flow strategies, reporting and best practices in patient flow. The Executive Director chairs the appropriate access and flow committees, partners with Information Management & Information Technology leadership in the deployment prioritization of bed management systems. The Executive Director also oversees and provides leadership and direction to the Patient Transport Office.
The Executive Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal and external partners in order to seamlessly respond to emergency events. The Executive Director provides senior leadership and direction to the development, implementation, and assessment of strategies, program & service objectives, and operations that support patient-focused seamless care during emergency events.
