The role includes collecting market insights, preparing sales reports, handling store and delivery follow‑ups, and supporting promotions. It also oversees in‑store sampling programs—from setup to performance reporting—to boost customer engagement and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute in‑store sampling by coordinating with stores, setting up counters, managing inventory, and guiding promoters.
· Track and report sampling results by collecting customer feedback, monitoring sales impact, and preparing activity summaries.
