Description de poste

Our client in Calgary is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a contract role to support their logistics team. This position works on a 12-hour shift rotation (4 days on, 4 days off) and includes both day and evening shifts to ensure 24-hour operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and complete customer job orders, working with clients to determine delivery needs.
Dispatch third-party truckers for deliveries.
Track deliveries and ensure trucks arrive on time.
Maintain communication with drivers, dispatchers and other teams
Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors.
Check compliance.
Maintain reports.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements :

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong administrative and organizational skills to handle large volumes of paperwork.

Understanding of DOT regulations.

Ability to communicate effectively

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Must be able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in dispatching / logistics, oilfield experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
