Description de posteLong-term contract with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role Work for one of the top banks in Canada – great experience for your career growth Competitive pay rate at $26 / hr Hybrid work model – enjoy work-life balance with 3 days of remote work Valuable industry experience in banking, finance, and mortgage operations Support mortgage discharge maintenance tasks Process solicitor requests for mortgage statements Perform data entry into the mortgage tool Maintain and update the security library Collect and apply interest owed payments Close mortgage accounts and perform manual accounting tasks Transfer funds & balance GL accounts Ensure systems are up to date with accurate data Bilingual (English & French) – strong verbal & written communication Proficiency in Outlook and troubleshooting skills At least 2 years of data entry experience – accuracy and attention to detail are key! Experience in banking, financial institutions, or bookkeeping Strong customer service skills – ability to work under SLAs Team player who is reliable and detail-oriented Background in real estate Legal background or law students looking to gain financial experience
