Machine Operator – Automated Manufacturing (Full-Time)

Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, ON
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience) + 4% weekly vacation payout
Shift Options: Day, Afternoon, or Night shifts available (Consistent, Full-Time Hours)

Responsibilities
- System & Equipment Operation: Prepare, run, and oversee automated industrial machinery to maintain smooth production flow.
- Quality Assurance Checks: Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections to ensure all outputs meet precise specification standards.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor equipment disruptions swiftly to limit line delays.
- Safe Operations: Maintain an orderly work zone and strictly execute all Health & Safety (OHSA) guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with warehouse and material handling teams to meet daily shop-floor goals.

Qualifications
- Relevant Background: Hands-on machine operation or general assembly experience within a fast-moving plant or industrial setup.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort around automated systems, high-speed lines, and basic hand/power tools.
- Dependability: Proven track record of punctuality, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.
- Safety Focus: A proactive mindset regarding workplace hazard awareness and team safety.
- Flexibility: Capable of maintaining focus and efficiency in an energetic manufacturing environment.
