The successful candidate will have :

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience including some experience with employment law matters;
• Experience conducting trials, examinations for discovery, pre-trials and mediations;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Superior communication and drafting skills as well as strong attention to detail.
