Senior Embedded Developer

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Developer who will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals working on the firmware of our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System design, problem-solving, challenge yourself with deciding between innovation and a well-known development path.
  • Contribute to projects and be part of a team who creates innovative and stable systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Responsible for full or portions of a project in embedded C.
  • Enjoy working in organized methodologies, with code reviews, and regularly document your code.
  • Experience with the following : MCU, RS-232 / 485, TCP / IP, UDP, Git, RF protocols, SPI, I2C, low level drivers, schematics, networking and Agile.
  • Knowledge as a plus with the following : RTOS, analog / digital circuits, data encryption.
  • Have a passion for bringing concepts to reality through your expertise and see projects through to materialization.
  • Previous experience in industries such as security, signal processing, motion detection, access control, sensors, communications, or consumer electronics is expected.
  • Interest beyond your core knowledge and desire to learn and teach in a team environment, for example, embedded Linux, and other programming languages is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Embedded Systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronic / Electrical Engineering (is an asset).
