Description de poste

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to design, deploy, and manage our hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our systems while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based), focusing on Azure services: virtual machines, networking, storage, identity (Azure AD), and backups.

  • Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, security, and reliability of servers and cloud services.

  • Manage user access, permissions, and identity across Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid setups.

  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, patching, and update processes.

  • Provide support for day-to-day incidents and requests, including VM provisioning, server configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Work within security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Controls, ISO 27001) and leverage tools such as GLPI, Zabbix, Wazuh, and NetFlow.

  • Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with applications and services.

  • Document architecture, configurations, procedures, and runbooks.

  • Propose improvements for performance, cost-efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, identity, storage, backups, security), ideally including hybrid on-premises + cloud setups.

  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration, virtualization, and identity management.

  • Good understanding of networking concepts: firewalling, VPN, subnets, security groups, and cloud networking.

  • Familiarity with backup/disaster recovery, monitoring, logging, and compliance/security best practices.

  • Certifications such as Azure Administrator or Azure Security are desirable but practical experience is most important.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong documentation practices.

  • (Optional) Exposure to automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code for scalable infrastructure management.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and hybrid environments.

  • Collaborative team culture with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
