Description de poste

Description:

Develop, program, and test PLC control systems for new and existing manufacturing equipment; Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of PLC hardware and software to minimize production interruptions; Collaborate with engineering and production teams to analyze automation needs and implement effective control solutions; Document control system designs, modifications, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal protocols; Support commissioning and start-up activities for new machinery and automation projects within manufacturing plants; Conduct root cause analysis for automation-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly; Train and assist maintenance personnel on PLC system operation and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field; Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience programming and maintaining PLC systems in a manufacturing environment; Proficiency with PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram; Strong understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus); Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) development and integration.
