POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Administrator will play a crucial role in preparing and issuing new business, endorsements, and renewal documents for our Auto department to ensure smooth operations of our technical administration processes. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being part of a small, close-knit group, and watch the team expand as we extend our auto technical administration services with the company’s growing operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

Document Processing :

• Efficiently process Automotive policy documents in Applied Epic, including declaration pages, policy wordings, extensions, endorsements, and warranties.
• Maintain, update, and organize correspondence in Applied Epic as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Reporting & Analysis :

Collaboration & Relationship Management :

Time Management & Deadline Adherence :

Other duties and responsibilities within the scope of this position, as required by the business.
