Job Summary
Scottsdale Community College has an immediate need to hire seven (7) highly motivated part-time employees for a 3-month project (August, September, October 2024).

This is an excellent opportunity to gets hands on experience with a dynamic organization!
The Navigators will be hired to connect, engage, and support students through the enrollment process. This can include speaking on the phone, supporting call campaigns, emailing, and meeting with students in person. The focus will continue to be to support our students through the enrollment process, whether new or continuing, in an effort to identify any barriers and help to remove them. Each Navigator will be connected to an enrollment area such as A & R, Financial Aid, Early College, etc. but will be responsible for supporting students holistically in enrollment. In providing enrollment support to students the essential functions would be knowledge and ability to work through solutions with students. Must have good customer service and and ability to problem solve and communicate well with students.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in these areas are desired but not required :
- Experience with the student enrollment process.
- Experience with SIS or similar system.
- Experience working with a diverse student body.
