Description de posteStrong oral and written communication skills Calm under pressure and service oriented Skilled in report writing and incident investigations Adaptable to different settings and able to work shifts 4–12 hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and winter periods Customer focused with excellent hospitality skills Conducting routine patrols (interior, exterior, and parkades) Professionally interacting with clients, customers, and visitors to resolve disputes Enforcing site specific rules, such as access control, ID verification, and restricted area protocols Maintaining a safe environment for yourself, clients, and the public Valid Alberta Security Guard license High School Diploma or equivalent Legally entitled to work in Canada Customer service experience Proficiency with apps and technology Criminal Justice or Police Foundations Diploma is an asset

What is a Casual Security Guard?
Casual Security Guards adapt to various sites and work environments, gaining diverse experiences. One week you may work at an office tower, and the next at a community college, retail mall, or condominium. Hours are flexible, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.
