Promise Robotics is pioneering Physical AI for homebuilding — a rapidly growing, venture-backed company bringing together AI, robotics, and manufacturing to help the homebuilding industry meet the growing demand for housing. Our robotic systems, built and operated inside AI-powered factories, give the industry the production capacity, consistency, and speed to build more high-quality homes than traditional methods allow. Our team spans AI researchers and roboticists to factory operators, technicians, and production teams — all building the future of homebuilding together.

  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, bills of materials, cost estimates, and technical proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify drawing discrepancies, missing information, and coordination issues, and work with engineering and production teams to resolve them.

  • Work with external engineering consultants to coordinate drawings, clarify technical requirements, and track revisions and outstanding questions.

  • Support project planning and scheduling by tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items

  • Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up with internal teams and external consultants on assigned actions.

  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, maintain organized project records, and communicate progress.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product, competitors, and the broader market landscape.

  • Use AI tools to streamline research, summarize documents, organize data, and improve daily workflows while verifying outputs and following company information handling practices.

  • Support customer presentations, technical responses, project documentation, facility tours, and project handoffs.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Architectural, or Construction Management,

  • Familiarity with Revit, CAD Software, or related platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, tradeshows, or internal meetings.
