Description de posteBachelor's degree in finance, business or related field High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) Knowledge of accounts receivable and / or restaurant operations Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members; ability to develop recommendations, evaluate alternative courses of action, select correct course of action, and follow up, supporting decisions or recommendations with accurate information or reasoning to years previous experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations, Finance, or Accounts Receivable preferred Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal. French would be a plus.

Job Title : Junior Analyst (Franchise Support)
Location : Halton Region, ON

Our client in Halton Region, ON is actively looking for Junior Analyst (Franchise Support) to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure collection of receivables due to Restaurant Brands International are received timely while monitoring and reducing any bad debt impact
- Works with Development and Finance teams on open receivable issues, restaurant closures and other topics impacting an allocated group of franchisees
- Maintains franchisee relationships
- Supports the Operations Teams, Finance and other support staff for various reports, analysis and documentation where required
- Perform account reconciliations assessing billing accuracy
- Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate restaurant status
- Work to clear cash on account, where payments are sent via Wire and Cheque
- Communicate directly with restaurant owners on collection or billings issues
- Update daily trackers and maintain internal systems
- Coordinate between franchisees, Field representatives and Finance departments
