- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, use case analysis, detailed design activities, and developing documentation and training materials; years
- Demonstrated experience working in the IM / IT field; years
- Demonstrated recent experience working as a Business Analyst on a health analytics or health reporting database system for Regional Health Authorities and / or Department of Health in a Canadian jurisdiction; Year
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and working sessions with stakeholders resulting in clear and concise business requirements, system requirements, gap analysis, and use cases or user stories; Years
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements and business needs in an operational environment; Years +
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports; year +
- Demonstrated business analysis experience working with Cognos / Impromptu reports; months +
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and documenting workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures; Years +
- Demonstrated experience preparing test plans, test cases, and supporting user acceptance testing initiatives; Years +
- Demonstrated experience contributing to and documenting various training (user) guides, system support documentation and tools; Years +
