Description de posteBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, services, and best practices. Experience with Azure services and management tools. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks. Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to cloud services. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert. Experience with identity and access management solutions. Knowledge of network protocols and security concepts.
Job Summary : As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance of our cloud environment. You will also be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our server environments and network infrastructure. As the System Admin, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our systems while providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Configure and maintain security settings, policies, and compliance solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Implement best practices for identity management, including Azure Active Directory and single sign-on (SSO).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with existing on-premises and cloud solutions.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and PowerShell scripting.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.
