Description de posteRespond promptly to customer inquiries via email and social media, adhering to a 24-hour response time policy Efficiently manage and resolve customer service tickets using Freshdesk CRM system Handle warranty-related questions and claims with expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the two-year warranty period Process product returns and coordinate replacement orders, maintaining a smooth customer experience Provide comprehensive information about our innovative trash can features and functionality to both potential and existing customers Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions for quality assurance and continuous improvement 4+ years of proven experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors Demonstrated proficiency in Freshdesk or similar CRM systems Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet or exceed response time goals Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Walmart Marketplace is highly desirable Basic understanding of ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, is a plus Ability to work remotely with provided hardware (computer, internet, headset) Flexibility to work varying schedules, potentially including weekends, to ensure optimal customer coverage Enthusiasm for learning about and explaining innovative household products Adaptability to take on expanded responsibilities, including more technical tasks, as your role evolves Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job
